Description

AAAAYE! A wild Vincent Valentine appears! This one was tricky. Trying to think of a concept took the most time, I think. Initially I drew him in a way where his face was visible in the moonlight, but scrapped that idea. He needed to look more ominous/mysterious was my justification.
